Cancellations and Travel Delays

We offer 90% refund for cancellations – 30 days in advance of your stay.

Most of our guests travel to and from Foula as planned, however poor weather conditions can occur which can delay or cancel travel. We advise obtaining travel insurance to cover any losses or expense in the event of such a scenario.

In the event that you are delayed arriving at Foula due to weather or otherwise no-show, we do not offer refund.

In the event of delayed travel from Foula we do not charge for additional nights’ accommodation on the condition that you take the first available transport (flight or boat) off the isle. Any extension to your booking in the event of delayed departure due to weather is otherwise chargeable and subject to availability.

In the rare event that you exhaust air and sea travel possibilities but miss your trip altogether due to weather we offer a full credit towards a future booking.
